Kathy Jourdain’s passion is
around the subjects of leadership, teams and organizational development. She is both
an instructor and coach.
Her professional, approachable
style have made her a powerful business coach with an impressive track record for helping
individuals achieve higher levels of personal and professional performance than they ever
thought possible.
She is a driving force behind
Envision Halifax as vice-chair of the Steering Committee and Chair of the Design and
Delivery Team for the 10 month leadership development program. Envision Halifax is a
voluntary organization whose mission is to ignite a culture of civic engagement. She
is a founding member of the Catherine Donnelly Foundation, created as a legacy to the work
of the Sisters of Service and dedicated to funding education, housing and environmental
projects where the need is greatest.
Kathy has worked with clients such
