to inspire others to take action and implement the information.
After the turn around of two near bankruptcy successes, as well
as, hands on business experience as a CEO, Valerie believes audiences require: the right
prescription after a proper diagnosis, a dynamic delivery that's inspirational,
interactive and fun and a system for implementation and accountability to create change.
Valerie is an acknowledged expert in organizational culture
change and development. She has worked with a
number of United States hospital organizations to change their cultures to be more
customer/patient and employee centered. She
has demonstrated subject matter expertise in: customer service, customer care, sales,
leadership development, communication styles and conflict management.
Valerie is a past president of the Canadian Association of
Professional Speakers. She is also an
international speaker having spoken in 5 countries and 50 different cities worldwide in
the past year.
Valeries clients are broadly based in many industries with
a sub-specialization in the health care and information technology fields. Recent successes include: The HealthCare Service Excellence Association;
Catholic Healthcare West (chain of US based hospitals); Sutter Health (also a US based
hospital organization).
