Gary Miller, M.Ed
Gary Miller is the
President of Collaborative Coaching and an Instructor in the MBA Program at York
University's Schulich School of Business, as well as at the Schulich Executive Education
Centre. Gary has more than 25 years experience
coaching individuals and teams to develop confidence and competence as leaders skilled at
driving business results.
Gary uses his coaching and facilitation skills to help organizations
hone their people management expertise. He
creates a comfortable, collaborative and positive learning environment, which allows
individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
Gary has extensive experience in the design and delivery of training
interventions that make a difference. These include Consultative Selling Skills, Change
Management, Career Management, Team Building, Coaching Skills, Consulting Skills,
Facilitation Skills, Presentation Techniques and Negotiation Skills.
Garys background includes working with the utility, banking,
pharmaceutical, insurance, and manufacturing industries as well as educational
institutions. Some of his most recent
consulting clients include York University, CIBC, Sun Life, Sears, Canadian Tire, LCBO and
Cadillac Fairview.
Gary earned his M.Ed. from the University of Toronto, specializing
in Adult Education and Developing Human Resources, and his Bachelors degree from York
University. He has a Teaching degree from
Toronto Teachers College and is an internationally certified Coach.

Sunoco, Niagara Health System, Hydro Ottawa, York Region, Ontario Electrical League,
