Ridgley, CSP, MBA
Sid Ridgley, is an organizational development
specialist who get results by providing customized insights, guidance and practical tips
& hints to leaders in their pursuit of creating organizational workplaces that are
customer and employee centered. He specializes
in the areas of Leadership development, Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty, Sales, and
front-line driven cultural change processes.

He is an adjunct professor for York Universitys Schulich School of
Business, University of Winnipeg and previously with Wilfrid Laurier Univeristy.
