Examples of Leadership Programs developed for Corporate Clients
- VIP Leadership
This interactive program is
designed to simplify the complexities of leading and managing in a dynamic Customer-driven
environment by providing participants with a blend of key concepts/ideas and tools that
assist them in accomplishing more in both their professional and personal life.
Through buddy and small group discussions participants explore key
issues facing managers and leaders today, that is, effective communications, successful
leadership, continuous improvement, and reward & recognition. Through
self-assessments, and other in-class activities, participants answer key questions such
as: Why do People do what they do?, How do I adapt my style to match the
situation?, and How do I increase the performance of individuals and
groups?. This session provides participants with the opportunity to
establish a personal action plan that can result in lasting improvements for the
individual and the organization they lead.
